In addition, the Company works with entrepreneurs to promote economic sustainability, increase financial literacy, and accelerate overall business development

Aliff Parker Financial Services was founded by Matt Parker and Elbert Aliff. As young African American men, Matt and Elbert have a passion for accounting, finance and for helping others. This passion drove them to establish their minority-owned firm Aliff Parker Financial Services to serve as a trusted advisor to their clients. 

Matt has over 15 years of combined experience in public accounting and financial services to both public and private businesses in a variety of industries including retail, restaurant/food services, professional services, manufacturing, automotive, and real estate. 

Elbert has over 16 years of combined experience in governmental, public accounting and financial services to both public and private businesses in a variety of industries including construction, entertainment production, manufacturing/automotive, real estate, professional services and financial. 

As a result, Aliff Parker Financial Services possesses over 25 years of combined experience, making them knowledgeable in many tax, accounting, and consulting issues.
